TIH’s Patient Manager makes it easier than ever for physicians and patients to collaborate in optimizing treatment. Offered as both a mobile and web-based system, the Patient Manager acts as a personal coach to help patients stay on track with even the most complicated treatment plan. Besides reminding patients of when to take medication and attend appointments, it allows doctors to monitor their progress and compliance. Patients send information on the type of medication taken, how much and when, as well as test results, allowing doctors to adjust treatment if necessary. In this way, the Patient Manager fosters the patient-physician dialogue needed to guarantee the best possible treatment outcomes.
